Ugly sweaters, tree lighting ceremonies and winter sports fill up the World-Herald Week in Pictures: Dec. 10-16, 2012.

About 5,000 people dressed in their ugliest holiday sweater s took off from the starting line of Omaha’s Ugly Sweater Run on Sunday. The 5K event collected 2,500 items for Toys for Tots. REBECCA S. GRATZ/THE WORLD-HERALD
