Council Bluffs, IA 10/25/2003 – Treat Street, a Halloween extravaganza for kids, at the Mid-America Center co-sponsored by Midlands Marketing along with the Mid-America Center on Saturday. Tanner Sunquist, 2 has second thoughts about holding an live alligator at one of the booths. Puppies aren’t supposed to play with alligators. He is the sun of Justin and Amy Sunquist of Omaha.
