Week in Videos: A two-poet family, falafel and the first lady

Rebecca S. Gratz followed Sarah Mason as she balances her life as a poet, teacher and mother.

 

In the latest installment of the Food Prowl, Kyle Benecke captured the making of a falafel salad at Amsterdam Falafel and Kabob.

 

Benecke also filmed first lady Michelle Obama as she spoke during a Girls Inc. luncheon in Omaha.

Originally from Ohio and a graduate of Ball State University, I moved to Nebraska to join the World-Herald staff in 2004.
